Returns & Exchanges

Bond No. 9 accepts returns for products purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used or opened fragrance and beauty items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened items in their original luxury box and shipping container to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Boutique

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
